3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. umb88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify umb88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. umb88 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
4.1 KYC Verification. umb88 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to provide a government-issued photographic identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure.
4.2 Account Statements. A complete transaction history is available within your Account dashboard at all times. Players are responsible for reviewing their transaction history and reporting any discrepancies to umb88 support within 30 days of the transaction date.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. umb88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of MYR 10 per month to inactive accounts following written notification to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance following an inactivity period may be closed.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. umb88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX online banking (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. All Account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is MYR 30. The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50. umb88 reserves the right to revise these thresholds with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts held in the name of the registered umb88 Player. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. umb88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Processing Times. umb88 targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times are targets only and may be subject to delays outside umb88's control.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. umb88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to suspend or close Accounts where AML checks cannot be satisfactorily completed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. 6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Balance. Only the Real Money Balance component of a mixed balance (Real Money plus Bonus) is eligible for withdrawal unless wagering requirements on the Bonus Balance have been fully satisfied. Requesting a withdrawal before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance.

9.1 All content on the umb88 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of umb88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the umb88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any platform content.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, umb88 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
10.2 umb88's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 umb88 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or free of errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime are not grounds for liability claims.

These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. All tools are accessible within account settings.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission. 12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting umb88 support via live chat. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on file, subject to KYC and AML clearance.
12.2 umb88-Initiated Suspension or Closure. umb88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion where there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, a failure to satisfy KYC requirements, suspected fraud or AML concerns, or where continued operation of the Account would expose umb88 to regulatory or legal risk. 14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the umb88 platform shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which umb88 operates as an internationally licensed gaming entity.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between umb88 and a Player, both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter through umb88's internal complaints process in the first instance. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
